For print media (CMYK), use PDF file type. PDFs may be opened in Adobe Illustrator for vector file. For online media (RGB), use PNG, JPG or SVG files. Please view the university brand guide for logo guidelines or contact Engineering Communications for questions about the appropriate use of the primary logos.

Logo FAQs

Q: What if I want to create a logo for my engineering program, organization, conference, etc?

A: All engineering programs must use the official logo of the appropriate parent organization (college, department, TEES, etc.). Executive leadership will determine when it is necessary for any exceptions to be made.

Q: Do the logos on co-branded materials need to be in a certain order?

A: Please contact the design team at engcommdesign@tamu.edu.

Q: What if there are multiple university or TEES sponsors for an event?

A: Guidelines for logo placement for events, programs, conferences, workshops, short courses, professional education, etc. that are sponsored by multiple unit identities in the college and TEES.
